Can I change or cancel my order once I've confirmed it?
Unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer change or cancel your order. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund (please see our Return policy for more information).

WHAT IS THE SECURITY CHECK?
Every order placed by credit or debit card undergoes a security check with your card issuer to ensure that the details we have match up to their records and that your card isn't being used fraudulently. In the event of non-authorisation by your card issuer, we'll contact you to let you know.
JCC is the biggest clearing and settlements credit card processor established by the two biggest banks in Cyprus and a consortium of other banks and institutions. After an online payment is made, a purchase with the name "MIKELLIDES SPORTS LTD" will appear in your bank statement.

DELIVERY WITHIN CYPRUS
Orders will be delivered within Cyprus using ACS Courier to all cities within 3 working days from the day you place your order. You can choose between two methods for your orders to be delivered to you. You can pick it up from your nearest ACS Office. We also offer home delivery within ACS delivery limits and will take place at an agreed time of your choice. You will receive a call from the courier to confirm the time of delivery. Please note that all deliveries that cannot be delivered to your door can be picked up from the nearest ACS Office.
FREE CYPRUS DELIVERY OFFER FOR ALL ORDERS ABOVE €50!
For orders less than €50 there will be a charge of €3 for each delivery.
- We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
- If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

Order Cancellation and Return Policy
We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email before you receive the goods. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us at the address below within 10 days from the date of the order was canceled.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of return, so if your parcel goes missing, you’ll have proof you have sent it. It can usually take up to 2 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return goods in their original condition and inside the original packaging and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge if you have paid). The refund typically takes 6-10 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer. All goods will be inspected on return. For reasons of health and hygiene, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.
When you return goods to us, please keep in mind to return them with the original invoice otherwise we will not be able to refund your payment. Returns will be at your own expenses.

Customers in Cyprus can exchange their purchases by returning the goods in their original condition and inside the original packaging accompanied with the original invoice. Then we will exchange them according to your email request with an additional delivery charge of €3.
