Delivery Conditions

DELIVERY WITHIN CYPRUS

Orders will be delivered within Cyprus using ACS Courier to all cities within 3 working days from the day you place your order. You can choose between two methods for your orders to be delivered to you. You can pick it up from your nearest ACS Office. We also offer home delivery within ACS delivery limits and will take place at an agreed time of your choice (HOME DELIVERY ONLY IN CITY LIMITS). You will receive a call from the courier to confirm the time of delivery. Please note that all deliveries that cannot be delivered to your door can be picked up from the nearest ACS Office.

For orders less than €50 there will be a charge of €4 for each delivery.

Extra Information

• We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
• Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
• If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
• Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
